El Corte Ingles is the biggest department store in spain and sells everything from fashion and accessories to electronics, sports and homeware. You will find the most prestigious names at lesser price than other places in Europe. The broad variety of articles also include handicrafts and souvenirs. El Corte Ingles has vaious stores in Barcelona, but the largest is the one on Placa Catalunya. Stores open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 10pm.
